Daisy is an 8 year old ex-racing greyhound who was rescued by a group called Friends of the Hound and adopted 3 years ago.
Daisy is a Delta Society Australia therapy dog and visits patients at the hospital to cheer them up. She loves all the attention, pats and treats that she gets on her visits. It's great to see what a difference her visits make to the patients and she is a great example of what amazing animals greyhounds are.
Daisy's owner Jayne entered her in the Doggie Face of Q Super to raise awareness of what great pets greyhounds make. Jayne will be donating the prize money for winning the Doggie Face of Q Super to Friends of the Hound in the form of products that they can use for their rescue animals.
